Practice Policies

Insurance Coverage:

While our primary focus is on dental care, certain oral surgical procedures may be covered by medical insurance. We accept most medical insurance plans, but it’s important to verify your coverage with your provider. Some plans may require a referral from your medical doctor, so please check with your insurance company in advance. If you have any questions about coverage or referrals, our team is here to assist you. For those without insurance coverage, we offer discounts to ensure access to necessary dental and medical procedures.

Financial Arrangements:

To streamline the payment process and accurately estimate any copays or liabilities, all patients are required to provide a deposit at the time of their visit, whether for surgery or consultation. If the deposit exceeds the final cost of services, a refund will be issued after the appointment. Conversely, if the deposit falls short, the remaining balance will be billed to the patient at a later date. Please note that any payment overdue by 60 days may incur additional charges and interest. While we do not offer payment plans, we are open to discussing flexible payment timing, provided the total amount is settled in full by the final surgery date.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring appointment rescheduling. To accommodate our patients and optimize scheduling, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
